In 2007, when Enviremedial Services launched our Facilities Maintenance division, our top executives worked alongside officials from the U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston, SC, to develop a facilities maintenance program that would increase efficiency and lower costs. We are proud to work alongside our customers to find innovative solutions to their facilities needs, as well as establish lasting relationships and channels of communication to ensure that their needs are always being met.
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE OVERVIEW
Enviremedial Services, Inc. delivers full service building and facilities maintenance for the US Military including entire building maintenance, custodial services, grounds maintenance, pest control, and integrated waste management throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Our current and past performance includes facilities maintenance of over 70 military installations with over 200 buildings, ranging from hazmat lockers to the 450,000 square foot Marine Forces Reserve Headquarters. Our scope of services includes all HVAC maintenance and repair, interior and exterior lighting systems, building structure, fire protection, plumbing systems, etc.
